George relayed some changes that Google is making to site rankings (Penguin update). Google is making changes to penalize questionable content sites that have managed to achieve higher ranking through artificial or automated methods.

How long should it take to build the list?

I promote every single day, to over 50 different safelists and traffic exchange, most are free memberships but I do have paid one’s to, I am getting some associates, but doesn’t seem like a lot for what I am promoting, is that normal?
George im working full time when did you get to the stage when you didn’t need to work anymore? and i don’t mean the mean the work that you do online.
I’m using about 15 safelists but one traffic exchange im a bit confused on what traffic exchanges are for? do i need more to the ratio of the safelist i have?
